Managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
Responsible for capacity building at branch level
Cross sell and up sell of products based on the life cycle needs of the customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with 5 years’ experience in Life Insurance Direct Sales
Team handling experience will be added advantage.
Candidate must be under 40 Years of Age.
