To drive higher share in the allocated geography with focus product mix and channel profitability.
He shall have the overall responsibility for planning and establishing the Regional sales team to support the partnerships distribution strategy and for leading the Regional sales planning and implementation of that strategy.
Achieve pre-set business targets on Premium, case count, active branch, active sales staff and various KPIs for the Region for Branch Banking.
Provide support to Circle Managers/ Cluster Area Managers and Lead by example in all spheres.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 5 to 10 Years of Bancassurance with expertise in managing team size of 70 Plus RM's
